Refund

At GPI Hotel, we aim to provide an exceptional guest experience but understand that cancellations may be necessary. For standard bookings, cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund, while those made 3 to 7 days prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days or no-shows will not be refunded. Non-refundable bookings are charged fully at the time of booking with no refund option. If guests check out earlier than planned, unused nights will not be refunded unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, though processing times may vary based on your bank. For group bookings of 5 or more rooms, different cancellation terms may apply, and for emergencies or special circumstances like natural disasters, refunds will be considered case-by-case. Third-party bookings must adhere to the policies of the provider, and charges for non-refundable services like room upgrades or add-ons are not eligible for refunds. GPI Hotel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and changes will apply to future bookings. For assistance with cancellations or refunds, please contact our customer support.
